Terms.
Sedes is a service of binadit B.V. The general terms of binadit apply to every subscription, with the additions on this page.
The documents of binadit
- General terms: quotations, payment, liability, intellectual property, confidentiality, governing law.
- Data processing agreement: when you have Sedes process personal data, for example in the text you have checked.
- Acceptable use policy: what the service may not be used for.
Where they differ, this page prevails as far as Sedes is concerned. The Dutch version of these terms is binding.
Additions for Sedes
Trial
Lawyer and Firm on a monthly plan start with 7 days free. If you cancel on your account before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise the subscription starts and you pay monthly in advance.
Subscription and cancelling
A subscription runs per month or per year and renews automatically. You pay in advance through Mollie (iDEAL, credit card or SEPA direct debit). You cancel a monthly plan by the end of the current month and a yearly plan by the end of the year, both on your account. Unlike the notice period in the general terms, there is no month of notice.
Keys
A key is personal. Do not share it beyond the people the subscription is for. You revoke keys on your account. In case of misuse or a leak we may block a key.
No legal advice
Sedes provides sources and checks references and quotations. You judge what you do with the result. A language model can still misread a source; check what you use.
Availability and sources
We do our best to keep Sedes available, without guarantee. The data comes from public sources of the Dutch government and courts and is updated every night. What is not published there is not in Sedes.
Prices
Prices exclude VAT. We announce a price change 30 days in advance; you may then cancel as of that date.
